My wine is fermenting!

I waited for a day to let the potassium metabisulphite do it’s work on any wild yeast or bacteria.. and tonight after work I “pitched the yeast.” Not much more than two hours later I watched the first few bubbles come out of the air lock on the lid! IT’S ALIVE!
With 25% sugar content and 77.3°F those yeast are loving life right now..
