Question by Samantha D: What would you put in a Wine Tour Survival Kit?
Okay I’m putting together a “Survival Kit” for a day long wine tour. We are doing a 21st Birthday Mother Daughter Wine Tour. It is a group of 12 women spanning from age 21-60. This is an all day event, we are visiting a few wineries in the morning, stopping for a picnic lunch, visiting a few more wineries in the afternoon and having desert, while watching the sunset at our Alma mater.
For the Survival Kit I’m planning on decorating a nice box and putting the items inside
So far I was thinking:
Bottle of Aspirin
Bottle of Pepto-Bismol
Tums
Hand Sanitizer
Hand Lotion
Stain Remover
Mending Kit
Pads
Emory Board
Lint Remover
Band-Aids
Floss
Tissues
Mirror
Pocket Knife
Pen /Paper
We are also going to have in the van Cases of water, paper plates, plastic silverware, cups, and napkins. But this is separate from the kit.
I am also planning on making each of my guests a gift bag. Let me know if you can think of anything else to put inside.
So far….
The mix CD of all the fun songs we’ll play in the van
a Corkscrew
Some Gum/Mints
Some Candy
Random Dollar Store Party Favors
What do you think would be great to put in the gift bags for them to use during the trip and remember the experience afterwords?

Disposable 35 mm cameras in the gift bags, and pillows and blankets for the survival thingy. HAve fun.
