September 1 – Today, I ordered another batch of red wine from the u-brew place. In BC, these establishments take all the fuss out of wine kits. You start off the process by throwing in the yeast and come back one to two months later with 30 bottles to fill. Not only is it cheaper than buying from the store, you also have a much better idea of what’s in the corked bottle!

The daily focus of my eJournal and images blog is on text, Here, I want to create something which will emphasize photos. I’ll shoot and add an image each day. Doing so will remind me to constantly carry my camera and it’ll be a more direct record of current, personal experiences.
