<p><i>Answer by MasterPython</i><br/>You would need to buy a glass carboy for secondary fermentation and stuff for bottling.  As far as I know you can&#8217;t make kegged wine.</p>

I was thinking of looking at YAN uptake by different rootstocks on the same varietal but there are too many variables such as available nutrients in different locations, more nitrogen in the root zone in different locations, different amendments and fertilizers used in different locations, etc.</p>
