this is the kit i have:
Hydrometer & trial jar, thermometer, mixing paddle, 100g steriliser, syphon tube & 1.5m of tubing, 1x 25ltr fermenting bucket with lid, 25ltr pressure barrel

could i also make wine with this.

You would need to buy a glass carboy for secondary fermentation and stuff for bottling. As far as I know you can’t make kegged wine.

will they ask for i.d. or for someone over 21 to receive the package?
also i’m talking about the kits with the ingredients, not the ones with the fermenter and carboy

Ortman first bottled an Edna Valley Chardonnay under his own label in 1979, and he changed the name to Meridian at his wife Sue’s suggestion to show his love for sailing and because it means "the achievement of an idea." Question by twripper: What would be a good senior project for someone who is an oenology (winemaking) major?
I was thinking of looking at YAN uptake by different rootstocks on the same varietal but there are too many variables such as available nutrients in different locations, more nitrogen in the root zone in different locations, different amendments and fertilizers used in different locations, etc.
